Here are a few example factors that can influence lead costs: competition, filtering requirements, creative changes, ad platform policy changes and more.

Our services are built for flexibility, with no lock-in contracts and usually without long-term agreements. This approach helps reduce any stress for new clients in case our leads are not the perfect fit for their business. However, knowing how important our lead generation can be for steady and dependable growth, we're willing to offer long-term agreements. These agreements are designed to give you more stability in lead volume, customised to fit your needs.

All our warm leads are delivered in real-time, reaching you within seconds of the lead's inquiry. To prevent overwhelming you with a surge of leads, we first evaluate your capacity and come to a mutual understanding of the ideal number of leads you can handle daily. Based on this discussion, we set a daily limit for your lead delivery, ensuring we never exceed this quota unless you request more.

Our automated system is equipped to notify you via email or text message each time a lead is generated and assigned to you. However, we understand this might not be suitable for clients receiving a high volume of leads. For continuous monitoring, you can track the number of leads through the shared Google Sheet or directly in your CRM. Additionally, we offer a fully automated tracking sheet that gives you real-time updates on the quantity of leads delivered to you at any given time.

All our warm leads are delivered in real-time, reaching you within seconds of the lead's inquiry.  Since our chosen advertising platforms operate around the clock, our lead delivery follows suit, meaning you can expect to receive leads at any hour, including weekends. However, we aim to prioritise generating leads during reasonable business hours, with peak traffic typically observed between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

To address this, we automatically send a text message to the lead, confirming their inquiry was received successfully and notifying them of an upcoming contact from your company. This message can be fully customised to fit our agreed-upon approach. Furthermore, we recommend reaching out to the lead with a text message or phone call for a brief introduction and to schedule a more convenient time for a detailed discussion the following day, provided it's still an appropriate hour.

The scope and scale of our lead generation capabilities are influenced by various factors, including the industry sector, prevailing demand, and the urgency to scale or initiate new campaigns. Nonetheless, as one of Australia's premier lead generation agencies, we have the capacity to handle a substantial volume of leads without compromising on quality.

Once you're satisfied with the details of our services and lead quality provided by one of our expert team members, and wish to move forward, we'll need an agreement signed and the total amount for the leads you've ordered paid. After the agreement is finalised and payment received, we typically deliver your first lead within 24 hours, unless there are unusual circumstances. Historically, we've managed to set up campaigns, organise deliveries, finalise delivery integrations, and complete all necessary interactions, with the first lead delivered within just 2 hours of receiving the signed agreement and payment being made.

By default, you will receive the leads information into a Google sheet that we create and share with you, prior to commencement. This is updated live and you will have 24/7 access. While some clients are happy to manage their leads directly from this Google Sheet, others prefer to have leads automatically integrated into their existing CRM via an API  -  a service we are fully prepared to facilitate. Additionally, our automated system can notify you via email or text message each time a lead is generated and assigned to you.
